1. About This Policy

Welcome to AmitJiTech.com, owned and managed by Amit Kumar Gupta — a Mechanical Engineer turned Digital Entrepreneur.

Amit has worked with top international corporations such as Subros (Maruti Suzuki), Samsung Vendor (UIL Electronics), Hindalco Industries, Khalsa Agro (exporting to 24 countries), and Japanese automation partners before shifting fully into digital business.

Today, AmitJiTech serves customers and students worldwide with digital products, courses, and affiliate marketing resources.
This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and cancellations work for our digital downloads and online services.

2. General Terms

All our products and services are digital — including courses, templates, PLR bundles, software tools, and online resources.

Because these files are delivered instantly after successful payment, refunds are generally not possible once access is granted.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We maintain a strict but fair refund policy to protect both the buyer and our platform from misuse.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be approved only under these limited conditions:

Duplicate Payment
- If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, we will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
Failed or Broken Delivery
- If you didn’t receive your digital product or download link within 24–48 hours, contact us immediately.
- If the link or file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will reissue or provide an alternative link at no extra cost.
Technical Issues (Gateway or File Error)
- If the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal) confirms a failed transaction, or a technical glitch prevents file delivery, you will receive a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under these conditions:

Change of mind after purchase.
“I didn’t like the product” or “It didn’t work for me” feedback.
Inability to use or edit the digital files due to lack of software or skill.
Products purchased during special offers, combo deals, or bonuses.
Unauthorized purchases or use of another person’s payment details.

Because all items are instantly accessible, refunds for these reasons cannot be approved.

5. Cancellations

As all AmitJiTech products are delivered instantly after payment, there is no option to cancel orders once payment has been completed and download access provided.

If you accidentally purchase multiple times, please email us within 24 hours with your order details.

6. Refund Procedure

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow this process:

Send an email to business.amitgupta420@gmail.com with subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”
Include:
- Full name
- Registered email used for purchase
- Order ID / Transaction reference number
- Payment method (Razorpay, PayPal, etc.)
- Description of the issue (with screenshots if possible)

Our team will verify the claim and respond within 48 business hours.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute through their bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, your access to our digital products, affiliate accounts, or course portals may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

False chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity and reported to payment processors for blacklisting.

8. Replacement Option

In cases where refund is not applicable, we may offer one of the following as an alternative:

Replacement with a similar or higher-value product.
Store credit or discount voucher for future purchase.

The replacement decision is made at the sole discretion of AmitJiTech’s management.

9. Affiliate Product Refunds

If you purchased a third-party product through our affiliate link (Amazon, ClickBank, Digistore24, JVZoo, WarriorPlus, etc.),
please note that refunds must be requested directly from the vendor or affiliate network.

Each vendor has its own refund terms; we cannot process refunds for external purchases.

10. Fraud Protection

To maintain platform integrity, we reserve the right to block users or accounts that:

Abuse the refund policy,
Request multiple refunds for different products without valid cause,
Distribute or resell our digital files illegally.

Fraudulent activity may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.

11. International Customers

We serve clients globally — including India, USA, UK, UAE, Japan, and 24+ other countries.
All refund requests will be handled under Indian jurisdiction (Delhi) but processed in your original payment currency when applicable.
